Eggnog – GLP Elite™

Course Beverages

Servings 2 people

Ingredients

  

  • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk (almond or coconut)
  • ¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 egg whites (or 1 whole egg)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract 
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • Zero-calorie sweetener, to taste
  • 1.5 oz. rum

Instructions

 

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients (except for the rum) until smooth.
  • Add the rum and blend briefly to incorporate.
  • Pour into a glass, sprinkle a little extra nutmeg or cinnamon on top for garnish, and enjoy chilled or over ice.

Notes

Recipe Yields: 2 servings of protein, 2 servings of fat, and 1 serving of fruit.
