Eggnog – GLP Elite™

Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened nut milk (almond or coconut)
- ¼ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 3 egg whites (or 1 whole egg)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- Zero-calorie sweetener, to taste
- 1.5 oz. rum
Instructions

In a blender, combine all the ingredients (except for the rum) until smooth.

Add the rum and blend briefly to incorporate.

Pour into a glass, sprinkle a little extra nutmeg or cinnamon on top for garnish, and enjoy chilled or over ice.
Notes
Recipe Yields: 2 servings of protein, 2 servings of fat, and 1 serving of fruit.
