Egg Roll in a Bowl


  •  6 oz lean ground beef (96% fat free)
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
  •  2 tbsp low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Braggs liquid aminos


  1. Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook through, stirring often to crumble.
  2. Add shredded cabbage, garlic, ginger, chicken broth and Braggs to skillet with beef.
  3. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until cabbage has softened a bit.
  4. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
