Egg Roll in a Bowl
- 6 oz lean ground beef (96% fat free)
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp Braggs liquid aminos
- Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook through, stirring often to crumble.
- Add shredded cabbage, garlic, ginger, chicken broth and Braggs to skillet with beef.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes or until cabbage has softened a bit.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
