- 6 egg whites
- 2 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp Walden Farms Amazin’ Mayo
- 1 Tbsp celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp chives, chopped
- ½ tsp ground dill weed
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Cut the egg whites into small pieces and place into a bowl.
- Separately, combine mustard, salt and chives. Add to the egg white mixture.
- Top eggs with pickles and chopped celery. Chill & serve cold.
