Cottage Cheese & Veggie Flatbread – GLP Elite™

Ingredients

  

  • 1 small high-fiber/low-carb tortilla 
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded zucchini or spinach
  • ¼ avocado, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp red onions, diced
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. 
  • Spread the cottage cheese over the tortilla.
  • Top with zucchini, spinach, and red onions. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the tortilla is crispy.
  • Add the sliced avocado and hot sauce before serving.

Notes

Recipe Yields: 2 servings of protein, 1 serving of complex carbs, and 1 serving of fat.
