Cottage Cheese Protein Pancakes – GLP Elite™

Ingredients

  

  • 1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • 2 RM Vanilla Protein Drink* (powder only)
  • 1 tsp Splenda®
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

 

  • Mix ingredients and blend, or use a food processor.
  • Spray a griddle or pan with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray.
  • Pour about ⅓ cup of batter and cook for a few minutes on each side.

Recipe Yields: 9 servings of protein.
