Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of plant-based milk)
- ½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Stevia®
Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a blender: cottage cheese, almond milk, berries, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and sweetener, if desired.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Recipe Yields: 4 servings of protein, ½ serving of fruit, and 1 serving of fat.
