Cottage Cheese Cloud Bread – GLP Elite™

Ingredients

  

  • 1 cup powdered egg whites
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cottage cheese, whipped
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Blend the cottage cheese until smooth in a food processor. Place the mixture in the fridge.
  • Whisk the powdered egg whites and water in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold in the whipped cottage cheese.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray. Add the mixture to the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Once cooled, remove the bread from the loaf pan and slice.
