Protein-Packed Cottage Cheese Buffalo Dip for a Healthy Snack

 

Cottage Cheese Buffalo Dip – GLP Elite™

Servings 8 people

Ingredients

  

  • 2 cups chicken breast, shredded (16 oz.)
  • ¾ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup non-fat cottage cheese
  • cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • cup low-fat cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 3 green onions, diced

Instructions

 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder and hot sauce. Mix to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into an 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan then top with the shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Garnish with diced green onions.
