Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast, shredded (16 oz.)
- ¾ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup non-fat cottage cheese
- ⅔ cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
- ⅔ cup low-fat cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 3 green onions, diced

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder and hot sauce. Mix to combine.

Pour the mixture into an 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan then top with the shredded cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes. Garnish with diced green onions.
