  • 1 Tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh chicory, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Chop chicory very finely.
  2. Stir in apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
  3. Add salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Enjoy as a side dish or cool salad.
