- 1 Tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Fresh chicory, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chop chicory very finely.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
- Add salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
- Enjoy as a side dish or cool salad.
