Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- ¼ cup spinach, sautéed
- ¼ cup bell peppers, diced
- 3 large egg whites
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 tsp hot sauce

In a non-stick skillet, cook the egg whites over medium heat until fully set. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

In a bowl, add the cottage cheese as a base. Top with the cooked egg whites, sautéed spinach, and diced bell peppers.

Drizzle with hot sauce, if desired
