“Big Mac” Burger Salad


  • 3.5 oz lean ground beef or turkey
  • 1-2 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 4-6 pickle slices
  • 3 Tbsp chopped tomato
  • Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing (to taste)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)


  1. Cook lean protein in a pan on stove top with a little zero-calorie cooking spray. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare other ingredients by washing and chopping. If desired, cook onions and add to pan with ground protein.
  3. When done, mix ingredients together in a bowl and top with Walden Farms Thousand Island dressing. Enjoy!
