Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef (16 oz.)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup green onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- ¼ cup G Hughes Sugar-Free Original Teriyaki Marinade
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray
Instructions

Combine the beef, green onion, garlic, egg whites, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Once mixed, form each meatball into 2 oz. golf ball-sized portions.

Preheat the air fryer to 360°F for 4 minutes.

Spray the basket with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray and place half of the meatballs in the basket. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Set aside.

Cook the next batch for 10 – 12 minutes.

Drizzle with the teriyaki marinade. Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley and serve.
