Invite friends and loved ones who support your health journey. Be open about your decision to have a healthy Thanksgiving and encourage guests to bring nutritious dishes, too.
Decorate in Advance
Have your table set at lease a week in advance if you plan to host. Previewing your Thanksgiving table ahead of time will help ensure every detail in the décor is just how you like it.
Pack It Up
Put away leftovers once the dinner is over to resist the urge to nibble on them. You can purchase reusable containers ahead of time, so your guests can take the leftovers home with them.
