Cottage Cheese Protein Pancakes – GLP Elite™

Ingredients

  

  • 1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • 2 RM Vanilla Protein Shakes*
  • 1 tsp Splenda®
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

 

  • Add the ingredients to a food processor and blend together.
  • Spray a griddle or pan with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray. 
  • Pour about ⅓ cup of batter and cook a few minutes on each side.
