Ingredients

small high-fiber/low-carb tortilla

low-fat cottage cheese

shredded zucchini or spinach

avocado, sliced

hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spread the cottage cheese over the tortilla.
Top with zucchini, spinach, and red onions. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the tortilla is crispy.
Add the sliced avocado and hot sauce before serving.
