Slide the cucumber into ½-inch pieces. Cut the mint sprig into small pieces. Set both aside.
Bring water to a boil in a small pot. Add the mint and cucumber. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 2 minutes.
Add the frozen berries to the pot and let them sit for a minute to defrost. Crush the berries lightly with the back of a spoon. Strain the mixture.
Pour 2 oz. of the strained mixture into 4 tall glasses. Add a few ice cubes into each glass, top with 4 oz. of lemonade and 1 oz. of sparkling water. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a few frozen berries.
