Stuffed Mushrooms - GLP Elite™

Ingredients
  

  • 12 medium baby bella mushrooms
  • cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Place the mushrooms in a baking dish.
  • Mix the cottage cheese, garlic, and thyme. Spoon into the mushroom caps. Top with parmesan cheese and parsley.
  • Broil the mushrooms until the cottage cheese is bubbly and slightly brown.
