Ingredients

low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt

cup
pumpkin puree
¼
cup
pumpkin seeds
¼
cup
pecans

Walden Farms® Maple Syrup

cinnamon
Instructions
Mix together yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and cinnamon until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking pan or cutting board.
Sprinkle the top with pecans and pumpkin seeds.
Place the pan in the freezer and let it freeze for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
Once frozen, break the yogurt bark into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Recipe Yields:
3 servings of protein, about 9 servings of fat, and 1/4 serving of complex carbs.
