Mix together the almond butter, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
Add in the almond flour and protein powder. Roll the dough into approximately 25 balls.
Line a plate with parchment paper and place the balls on it.
In a small bowl, whisk together icing ingredients. Start with 1 Tbsp of milk and slowly add more to thin the icing.
Drizzle the icing over the bites and place in the fridge for 1 hour. Store in the fridge.
