unsweetened nut milk (almond or coconut)

low-fat cottage cheese

egg whites (or 1 whole egg)

vanilla extract

ground cinnamon

ground nutmeg
Zero-calorie sweetener, to taste

rum
Instructions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients (except for the rum) until smooth.
Add the rum and blend briefly to incorporate.
Pour into a glass, sprinkle a little extra nutmeg or cinnamon on top for garnish, and enjoy chilled or over ice.
Notes
Recipe Yields:
2 servings of protein, 2 servings of fat, and 1 serving of fruit.
