1large head of cauliflower, cut into florets (about 8 cups)
1cupmixed herbs (basil, dill, and cilantro), chopped
1lemon, cut into wedges
1clove garlic, grated
2tspchili powder
1tspsmoked paprika
1tspground cumin
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
¼tspcayenne pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste
Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Spray a baking sheet with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray. Combine the cauliflower and seasoning in a large bowl. Transfer to the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, or until tender.
Toss the cauliflower and add the lemon wedges. Roast for another 15 minutes, until slightly blackened.
