Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup spinach, sautéed
  • ¼ cup bell peppers, diced
  • 3 large egg whites
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 tsp hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a non-stick skillet, cook the egg whites over medium heat until fully set. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In a bowl, add the cottage cheese as a base. Top with the cooked egg whites, sautéed spinach, and diced bell peppers.
  • Drizzle with hot sauce, if desired
