Air Fryer Teriyaki Beef Meatballs - RM3® & GLP Elite™

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef (16 oz.)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup green onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup G Hughes Sugar-Free Original Teriyaki Marinade
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Combine the beef, green onion, garlic, egg whites, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Once mixed, form each meatball into 2 oz. golf ball-sized portions.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 360°F for 4 minutes.
  • Spray the basket with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray and place half of the meatballs in the basket. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Set aside.
  • Cook the next batch for 10 - 12 minutes.
  • Drizzle with the teriyaki marinade. Garnish with a sprinkle of parsley and serve.

Notes

Recipe Yields: About 16 servings of protein and 2 servings of vegetables.
