Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 oz. water
  • 1 RM Pineapple PunchProtein Shake*
  • cup of orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • Grated zest from 1 orange
  • 1 Tbsp sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • 6-8 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in a blender. Mix until the ice is crushed and the drink is frothy. Garnish with an orange wedge.

Recipe Yields: 2 servings of protein and 1 serving of fruit.
