Ingredients

Roma tomatoes, diced (about 3 cups)

large English cucumber, diced (about 2 cups)

red onion, chopped

of a parsley bunch

lemon juice

sumac

black pepper
Walden Farms® Balsamic Vinaigrette
Pinch of salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Dice the tomatoes and cucumber and place them into a large mixing bowl. Add the chopped onion and parsley and mix together.
Season the salad with salt and set aside for 5 minutes. The vegetables will expel some of their water.
Add Walden Farms dressing, lemon juice, sumac, and black pepper. Toss the salad to combine. Serve immediately.
Notes
