cabbage, shredded

asparagus, chopped

onions

garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
Spray a skillet with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray. Preheat over medium.
Add the asparagus, cabbage, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until browned and beginning to soften, stirring frequently.
Add 6 egg whites into the skillet. Once cooked, top the hash scramble with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
