Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower. Separate the florets one by one with a paring knife.
Place cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until it has a “rice” texture.
Add cauliflower to a bowl and microwave for 7-8 minutes to steam and soften. Then, let cool.
Spoon cauliflower into cheesecloth or towel. Fold, twist, and squeeze out all of the liquid.
In a bowl, add the cauliflower, egg whites, garlic powder, basil, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients to combine.
Line a pan with parchment paper. Form a 9-inch pizza crust about ¼-inch thick.
Place the pizza crust in a pre-heated 450°F oven, and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cube chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Grill until done.
Spread BBQ sauce over the cauliflower crust, leaving a slight border. Spread the cooked chicken over the top. Place pizza under the broiler for 1-2 minutes.
