Peel and trim the vegetables and cut into ½-inch sticks. Place them into a bowl.
Spray the vegetables with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray and add spices. Toss well to combine.
Place half of the veggie fries into the fry basket and cook for 6-9 minutes or until crispy. Transfer to a wire rack and sprinkle with salt and pepper while they are still hot. Repeat for the 2nd batch.
