Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels. Place them in a large mixing bowl. Spray the chicken tenders with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray and toss to coat. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken tenders.
Air fry the chicken tenders for 10-12 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking until they are golden brown and have an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serve with Walden Farms BBQ sauce.
