Air Fryer Stir Fry Vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup red bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, cubed
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp liquid aminos
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add bell peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, and green onions into the air fryer basket. Air fry at 360°F for 5 minutes.
  • Season vegetables with liquid aminos and pepper, to taste. Shake basket to coat vegetables.
  • Cook for another 3-4 minutes before serving.

Notes
