- 100g shrimp, cooked
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cucumber
- Mix garlic, salt, pepper, turmeric, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss the shrimp into the spice mixture, cover, and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, chop cucumber in 1/2 inch pieces.
- When ready, add the cucumbers into the shrimp mixture, top with lemon juice, and serve.
