When will I receive the Botox® Membership benefits?
You’ll receive your Botox® Membership benefits immediately upon enrollment in The Red Club. This means you can start enjoying exclusive savings on Botox® and other perks right away—no waiting required!
What if I decide The Red Club’s Botox® Membership isn’t for me?
We’re confident you’ll love the benefits! However, if you choose not to renew, your membership simply expires at the end of 12 months—there’s no auto-renewal. The $299 membership fee is non-refundable, so we encourage you to take full advantage of all the exclusive perks while you’re a member.
How does the membership renewal process work?
Since The Red Club’s Botox® Membership does not auto-renew, you’ll need to re-enroll each year to continue enjoying the savings and perks. When your 12-month term is nearing its end, we’ll remind you so you don’t miss out on another year of exclusive beauty benefits.
What happens if I don’t use all my free Botox® units within the year?
The 60 free units included in your membership must be used within the 12-month period and do not roll over. We recommend scheduling your treatments regularly to make the most of your membership.
Is there a payment plan available for the membership fee?
The $299 membership fee is due in full at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable. However, we do offer Allē Payment Plans so that you can start enjoying your benefits now and pay over time, making it easier to invest in your beauty routine.
