Pumpkin Pie Spiced Apple Chips
- 2 medium apples
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 tbsp Splenda®
- Preheat oven to 200°. Slice apples as thinly as possible and remove seeds.
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, then place apple slices in a single layer across the parchment paper.
- Combine Pumpkin Pie Spice and Splenda® and sprinkle generously over the apple slices.
- Place trays in oven on top and bottom racks and bake for 2 ½ or 3 hours, switching placement on racks halfway through the baking process.
