Pumpkin Pie Spice Protein Pancakes


  • 1 RM Thick & Creamy Vanilla Shake* (powder)
  • 1 egg white (medium-large)
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp water, if desired
  • Walden Farms Syrup


  1. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Place a pan on heated stove and pour batter into pan.
  3. Let the pancake sit for 2-3 minutes, then flip, cooking until golden brown.
  4. Top with Walden Farms syrup and/or approved fruit of choice.
