Pumpkin Pie Protein Pancake


  • 1 serving Thick & Creamy Vanilla Shake (powder)*
  • 1 egg white (medium-large)
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp water, if desired
  • Walden Farms Syrup


  1. Mix the ingredients together in large bowl.
  2. Place pan on heated stove and pour batter into pan.
  3. Let the pancakes sit for 2-3 minutes, flip and cook until either side is golden brown.
  4. Top with Walden Farms Syrup of choice.
