Pumpkin Pie Protein Pancakes


    • Powder from 1 bottle of RM Thick & Creamy Vanilla Protein Drink* (or 2 scoops of RM Thick & Creamy Vanilla Protein Powder*)
    • 1 egg white
    • Pumpkin Pie Spice (to taste)
    • 1/2 tsp water (if desired)
    • Walden Farms® Pancake Syrup
    • Zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray
  • Directions:

    1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl using a spoon or a mini whisk.
    2. Spray pan with zero-calorie nonstick cooking spray.
    3. Place pan on the stove on medium heat. Add the batter to the pan.
    4. Let the pancake sit for about 2-3 minutes on one side. Flip and cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
    5. Top with Walden Farms® pancake syrup, if desired.
