Oriental Ginger Chicken

Oriental Ginger Chicken


  • 3.5oz chicken
  • ¼ cup chicken broth or water
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp lemon or orange zest
  • ¼ tsp fresh ginger
  • 4 tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • Stevia, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • cayenne pepper, to taste


  1. In a small sauce pan, sautée chicken in a little lemon juice and water until slightly browned.
  2. Add spices, ginger, salt, lemon and Stevia.
  3. Add Bragg’s liquid aminos and cook thoroughly.
  4. Deglaze the pan periodically by adding a little water.
  5. Serve hot and garnish with lemon or orange slices.
