- 2 tbsp ground mustard powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp grated horseradish (optional)
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Stevia, to taste
- Mix ingredients together thoroughly, heating in a saucepan for 2-3 minutes.
- Pack warm mustard into a jar and top with lemon juice.
**Mustard will last up to two weeks in the refrigerator. Add water as needed to maintain desired consistency.
