Healthy "Horchata"


  • 1 RM Thick & Creamy Vanilla Shake*
  • 1/2 – 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla-flavored Stevia®
  • Water


  1. Make Shake as directed on the back of the product label, filling bottle with 8 oz cold water & shaking until combined.
  2. Add cinnamon & vanilla Stevia®, again shaking vigorously to combine.
  3. If desired, add a couple of ice cubes to the bottle or a glass before drinking.
