Ginger Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- fresh squeezed juice from 1/2 orange
- 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp liquid aminos
- fresh or ground ginger to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- Stevia® to taste
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together and use to marinate meats (for at least 30 minutes), use right away over a salad, or even simply as a dip. Top with fresh garlic cloves (if desired).
