Garlic Chicken

Garlic Chicken


  • 3.5 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • dehydrated onion flakes to taste
  • 4 garlic cloves, whole and unpeeled
  • juice of 1/2 lemon


  1. Place chicken in a small oven-safe pan, and cover with lemon juice, onion flakes, and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place whole garlic cloves on and around chicken, covering pan tightly with aluminum foil or lid when done.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is cooked through, or for about 30-45 minutes.
