French Onion Soup
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp Splenda®
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cook garlic and onions in a pan for 5-10 minutes.
- Stir in Splenda® and continue to cook until onions are caramelized.
- Add beef broth, bring mixture to a boil, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, reduce heat, and enjoy!
Makes 2 servings.
