Alternatives for Social Distancing During Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear Valued Patients,

We all find ourselves in an unprecedented moment in time and we want to provide you every opportunity to keep your weight loss journey intact while protecting your overall health of you and our staff. We have put together a temporary system in which you can keep your scheduled follow up appointment with your Red Mountain licensed medical provider – but do it from the comfort, privacy, and safety of your own home through a secure, online video conference. We put this new “tele-health” system in place for those who are choosing to practice social distancing and especially for those who may have come in contact with coronavirus.

Red Mountain’s new secure, HIPAA compliant digital platform will allow patients to see our medical weight loss professionals virtually, via computer or mobile device and stay on-track with their weight loss program without having to come into our location for their follow up appointment. We will still be able to provide prescriptions as normal and our partner pharmacy, Nationwide Compounding, can mail the medications directly to each patient’s home address. In order to set this up, we need you to call us to confirm that you’d prefer to convert your next visit into a video conference.

For those who wish to stop by for weekly shots or to stock up on any RM3® approved shakes, supplements, or other food items, our locations will remain open during standard business hours and we will continue our increased focus on repeatedly sanitizing all common areas and touch points. Also, for those who prefer an in-person appointment with our licensed medical providers, you can still conduct your appointment in-person and have the confidence that we’re taking every precaution possible to limit the spread of coronavirus. However, out of respect for our employees, we do ask patients to stay home if they have recently traveled out of the country, have experienced any symptoms, or have been exposed to COVID-19.

We are excited to be able to offer you a safe alternative for your next scheduled visit with our medical provider and we have taken steps to insure a smooth technical experience for you. However, we humbly ask for your patience with us if we do run into any issues as we roll out this temporary video process.
