How CoolTone® works
Magnetic muscle stimulation.
CoolTone® uses Active Magnetic Pulse™ (AMP™) technology. This is designed to induce powerful muscle contractions that the body could not otherwise do on its own.
Relax & let CoolTone® do the rest.
One session lasts 30 minutes. During this time, you can listen to music, read, or just relax during your treatment.
Before Treatment
With CoolTone®, there is nothing that you need to discontinue from your daily lifestyle.
When you arrive for your treatment, the Medical Aesthetician will review your treatment plan with you, capture before photos of the treatment area(s), and answer any questions you may have before getting started!
During Treatment
The CoolTone® applicators will be placed on the area(s) being treated. You’ll then feel a series of deep muscle contractions over the targeted area. This will last for a few seconds followed by a period of rest. You’ll notice that treated areas will be more toned and firmer over the course of your treatment plan.
After Treatment
There is minimal downtime time after a CoolTone® treatment. You can return to your daily routine immediately after the procedure.
Over time, you will look and feel stronger and firmer in the areas treated. Once your treatment plan is completed, maintenance treatments are highly recommended.

Ideal candidates for CoolTone® have achieved a healthy weight and are committed to an active lifestyle. Patients who see the best results are generally fit but want to achieve a more sculpted, defined look and increased muscle mass.
How many treatments are required?
Typically, most individuals start with a series of six treatments that are received over a two to three-week period. However, the number of treatments needed depends on the desired results. Each area treated can take up to 30 minutes per session. We recommend a consultation with one of our Medical Aestheticians to determine if CoolTone® is right for you.
How much does CoolTone® cost?

Will I experience any side effects?
After a CoolTone® treatment, side effects may include muscular pain, temporary muscle spasm, joint or tendon pain, and redness at or near the treatment site. Tell your Medical Aesthetician if these side effects do not subside.
