Cinnamon-Orange Candied Apples
Ingredients:
- 1 large apple
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- juice of ½ an orange
- Stevia (to taste)
- grated zest of orange
- 2 tbsp water
Directions:
- Peel, core, and slice apple.
- In a small saucepan, combine water, cinnamon, orange zest, juice of orange, and Stevia over medium heat.
- Add sliced apples to syrup. Simmer until just tender.
- Serve warm or chilled.
