Chicken and Asparagus Stir Fry
- 3.5 oz Chicken, cubed
- 1 1/2 cup Asparagus, chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/8 cup Water
- Preheat a sauté pan over Med Heat. Add chicken, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Cook 7-10 minutes.
- While chicken cooks, snap ends off asparagus and cut into 2 inch pieces.
- Remove chicken from pan, add asparagus, and water. Stir fry for about 2-3 minutes.
- Re-add chicken to pan and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
