Ingredients
- 1 small high-fiber/low-carb tortilla
- ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- ¼ cup shredded zucchini or spinach
- ¼ avocado, sliced
- 2 Tbsp red onions, diced
- 1 Tsp hot sauce

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Spread the cottage cheese over the tortilla. Top with zucchini, spinach, and red onions.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the tortilla is crispy. Add sliced avocado and hot sauce before serving.
