Ingredients

  

  • 1 large apple (about 3 cups)
  • ½ cup Walden Farms® Marshmallow Topping
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Stevia (to taste)

Instructions

 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel, core, and slice apple. Place chopped apple in a small baking dish.
  • Add water, spices, and Stevia to dish. Toss apples in mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Top with Walden Farms Marshmallow Topping.

Notes
